A fascinating journey through three legendary cities of Uzbekistan. This tour will introduce guests to ancient Khiva, majestic Bukhara, and famous Samarkand. The itinerary includes tours of the main attractions, train rides, a traditional workshop, and an immersion in the history and culture of the Great Silk Road.

Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1Welcome to Uzbekistan — Arrival in Urgench and Transfer to Khiva

Arrival at Urgench International Airport. Meet with a company representative and transfer to a hotel in Khiva. Check-in and free time to relax or explore the old town on your own. Overnight: hotel in Khiva.

Day 2Khiva — A Journey Through Ancient Ichan-Kale

Breakfast. Meet with the guide and take a walking tour of Ichan-Kale: Ata-Darvaza Gate, Kunya-Ark Fortress, Muhammad Amin Khan Madrasah, Kalta-Minor Minaret, Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, Tash-Hauli Palace, the Juma Mosque, and the Islam-Khoja Complex. After the tour, free time. Overnight: hotel in Khiva.

Day 3From Khiva to Bukhara—In Search of the Legends of the East

Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to the train station and travel to Bukhara on the “Zhaloliddin Manguberdi” train according to the confirmed schedule. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and first tour of Bukhara: the Labi-Hauz ensemble, the trading domes, the Magoki-Attori Mosque, the Poy-Kalyan complex, and the Miri-Arab Madrasah. Overnight: hotel in Bukhara.

Day 4Bukhara—Fortresses, Mausoleums, and Ancient Madrasas

Breakfast. Continue exploring the city: the Ark Fortress, the Bolo-Khuza Mosque, the Samanid Mausoleum, the Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum, and the Chor-Minor Madrasah. Return to the hotel. Free time in the evening. Overnight: hotel in Bukhara.

Day 5From Bukhara to Samarkand—Discovering the Pearl of the Great Silk Road

Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to the train station and travel to Samarkand on the “Afrosiyab” high-speed train. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and first tour of Samarkand: Registan Square, the Gur-Emir Mausoleum, the Ruhabad Mausoleum, and University Boulevard. Overnight: hotel in Samarkand.

Day 6Samarkand — The Secrets of an Ancient City and a Traditional Workshop

Breakfast. City tour of Samarkand: the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, the Siab Bazaar, the Shah-i-Zinda Necropolis, and the Ulugh Beg Observatory. Participation in a traditional workshop. The theme and time will be confirmed upon booking. Overnight: hotel in Samarkand.

Day 7Until we meet again—airport transfer and flight home

Breakfast and check-out according to the hotel's policies. At the scheduled time, transfer to Samarkand International Airport and flight home. End of the program. We wish you a pleasant trip!
