Terms and conditions for using OKS TOURS services

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between OKS TOURS (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users of our website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.
1. General Provisions
• OKS TOURS is a licensed tour operator of the Republic of Uzbekistan • All services are provided in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan • The Company reserves the right to change the terms of use with notification to users • Using the website means agreeing to these terms
2. Booking Terms
• A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the Company • The client is obliged to provide accurate information when booking • Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change until the booking is confirmed • The Company is not responsible for errors made by the client when filling in data
3. Payment Terms
• Prepayment ranges from 30% to 100% depending on the tour • Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before the tour starts • We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Uzcard, Humo cards and bank transfer • When paying in foreign currency, the exchange rate on the day of payment applies
4. Cancellation Terms
• Cancellation more than 30 days in advance — 100% refund (minus bank fees) • Cancellation 15-30 days in advance — 70% refund of tour cost • Cancellation 7-14 days in advance — 50% refund of tour cost • Cancellation less than 7 days in advance — no refund • No-show without notification — no refund
5. Liability
The Company is not liable for: • Actions of third parties (airlines, hotels, transport companies) • Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, epidemics, military actions) • Visa denial or border delays • Loss or damage to personal luggage • Changes to the tour program due to circumstances beyond the Company's control
6. Prohibited Actions
Users are prohibited from: • Using the website for unlawful purposes • Copying or distributing website content without permission • Providing false information when booking • Violating the rights of other users • Using automated means to collect data from the website
